Pre-order timeline
GrimNook pieces are made to order in limited production runs. Current lead time is 6–8 weeks from order date.
Here's what happens after you order:
- Order confirmed — you get an email receipt immediately.
- Production — your piece is cast, painted and finished as part of the current run.
- Quality check — every unit is inspected before it's packed.
- Shipped — you get a tracking link by email.
Rates
- United States: Free on orders over $50. Under $50, calculated at checkout.
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
Transit time
Once shipped, US orders typically arrive in 5–9 business days. International varies by destination, generally 10–20 business days.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. Once a parcel ships we can't reroute it.
Damaged in transit
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it. No return shipping required for damage claims.
